RAJKUMAR SENGUPTA 

Rajkumar Sengupta born in august 10,1979 lives in kolkata,west bengal India is a noted Music composer and  arranger,producer,guitar player,singer-songwriter for last 15 years. As his journey started  since 1998 he began to  perform with bands like "Orient express{1999-2007}"(latin american music), "Anjan dutt and the music folk"{ 2005-2012}, "Catch 22"(funk cover band){2007-2010),"Friends of fusion"{2008-2011}(contemporary classical music album released in 2009 label: sa re ga ma- hmv and in 2011 label: hindusthan records-inreco), "Strange factory"(original music-album released label: black and white records-inreco in 2012),raj electric works{2013}(original music).He is right now performing and touring with a folk-fusion project called "folk foundation"(album released in 2014 black and white records-inreco). He has produced independent music albums with various artists(Rupankar,somlata,prashmita and diptarka): album "Lovers lane" in 2012 label : hindusthan records-inreco and "The last counter" in 2013 with various artists (Rupam islam,Anindya chattopadhyay,Sahana bajpai,Somlata acharya and Rajkumar sengupta) label: hindusthan records-inreco. He has composed and produced for independent music albums for solo artists Ayan mukherjee "tales and tunes" in 2014 label: black and white records-inreco and Ms Sumita Bhattacharya "dakhina batashe" label : inreco. He is also a free lance performer,music programmer and session player. He has worked as a guitar player for  films like  "CHALO PALTAI"(DIRECTOR -HARANATH CHAKROBORTY),"RANJONA AMI AAR ASHBO NA"(DIRECTOR-ANJAN DUTT), "MADLY BANGALEE"(DIRECTOR-ANJAN DUTT), "AAR EKTI PREMER GOLPO"(DIRECTOR-KAUSHIK GANGULY). He has worked as asst. music director for films like "JIO KAKA"( DIRECOR-PARAMBRATA CHATTERJEE) AND BREAKFAIL(DIRECTOR-KAUSHIK GANGULY). He has worked as music arranger and programmer for films like "CHAYAMANUSH"(DIRECTOR ARINDAM NANDY),"FLOP-E"(DIRECTOR -PRITAM SARKAR)," RANGMILANTI"( DIRECTOR -KAUSHIK GANGULY) and Composed music for films like  "CHUPKOTHA"(DIRECTOR -SOUVIK AND DIPANKAR), "TOMAR JONYO"( DIRECTOR-NILANJAN BANERJEE),"AASHARE GOPPO"( DIRECTOR-ARINDAM CHAKRABORTY),"GYANDAS FERIWALA"( DIRECTOR-D.BATABYAL),"PROTIBADI"( DIRECTOR -MD.ISRAEL), and numerous telefilms, teleserials, corporate films and jingles.He has also worked as an an arranger for singer- song -writter Anupam roy's debut music album "durbine chokh rakhbo na", Singer -songwritter Santanu Ghatak's debut album "hing ting chott", folk singer Arka mukherjee music album "ghater katha".
